Toulouse is France’s 4th largest city and lies between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic. It is one of the most beautiful cultural centres in the country, as attested by the numerous museums. The city is also the headquarters of the Airbus Air and Space industry and Assembly Plant. You can marvel at the full-size “MIR” Russian space station. Try out the planetarium and observe the stars. Tip for shoppers: head for the Centre Commercial St. Georges.
